- Increased transparency and accountability by holding community town halls on the city budget, giving residents a greater voice in how taxpayer dollars are spent.
- Created the Mesa Quality Retail Initiative to bring high quality retail and restaurants, like restaurant row at Medina Station in District 5, to Mesa.
- Approved a Data Center Ordinance to limit where data centers can be located and establish stronger standards for how they are built, helping protect surrounding neighborhoods.
- Supports the Large-Water User Ordinance to protect Mesa’s water supply by requiring exceptionally large water users to obtain the additional water they need from outside sources, rather than relying on the City’s existing resources.
